U2是一支在1976年成立于都柏林的爱尔兰四人制摇滚乐乐队，自1980年代窜起走红之后，一直到了21世纪的今天，仍活跃于全球流行乐坛。音乐风格上，除了传统的流行硬式摇滚之外，U2在1990年代也曾尝试过一阵子较为实验性的电子音乐作品。
